Each piece is hand etched and made to order.  If you require extensive personalization to the Decanter set you will receive a mock-up of your design within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends/holiday). Customer approval REQUIRED prior to production beginning. If customer approval is not given within 24 hours of receiving mockup, I reserve the right to use creative discretion to complete the piece in a timely fashion. 

 Processing Time (time for your order to be received and created):

• All CUSTOM MADE ITEMS are created within 7-10 business days (excluding weekends/holiday) (NOT including shipping time).

Shipping Time (time in transit once shipped):

• Approximately  5-7 business days.  All glassware orders are shipped Priority Mail with Insurance. 

Total Time (processing + shipping):

           Up to 15-20 business days (excluding weekends/holiday).
