Do you ship internationally?

Can I make cancel/make changes to my order once it’s been placed?

Each custom order placed will receive a mock-up within 3-5 business days. If you would like to make changes to your order please email info@kreationzbykiya.com with your order number in the subject line.

If you wish to cancel your order after the close of the business day of your order  a 25% setup fee will be deducted from the refund amount, if you have already received a mock-up of your design and you wish to cancel a 40% design fee will be deducted from your refund.

When will my order ship?

Custom orders require 1-3 business days for processing (weekends/holidays not included). 

Personalized items are made to order and require up to 7- 10 business days for customization. All custom orders you will receive a mock-up within 3-5 business days of order being placed. ALL CUSTOM ORDERS REQUIRE FULL PAYMENT, PRIOR TO RECEIVING A MOCK-UP.  Production on your order will not begin until after mock-up approval is received. You will receive an email once your item is ready for shipment with your tracking number. 

Once my order has been fulfilled, how long will it take to ship to me?

Depending on your preferred shipping method and location, your order can take from 1- 6 business days once received by courier. We currently fulfill and ship from South Florida.  Shipping time within the US is normally 3-5 business days for first class mail (Saturday delivery included). However, shipping transit times are not guaranteed by USPS, and can take up to three weeks

*Please note shipping speed comes into effect once your customized order is complete. 

How can I track my order once it has been shipped?

Once an order has been fulfilled and is on its way, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your shipment directly on the courier's website. 

Do you offer in-store pick up or local delivery?

Local pick-up is available.

My tracking says, "delivered," but I have not received it. What can I do?

We are so sorry! In the rare case that your tracking number shows that your package has been delivered, but you haven’t received it, please contact the shipping company (UPS, USPS) and file a claim. Once a package’s status is updated to “Delivered,” there’s nothing we can do as the sender to help locate it. If we could, we would, trust us. Kreationz by Kiya is not liable for unforeseen issues caused by shipping courier or theft at your destination, but we’ll always do whatever we can to help in the event of a lost or stolen package.
